This improved wellbeing is achieved by providing parents and close relatives with the support and guidance they need.<\/b><\/p>\n
The initiative is important, as we are seeing an increasing number of parents and close relatives from our target group seeking help and support<\/b> in order to guide a young person in the right direction \u2013 just as \u201cfamily relationships\u201d is the topic that most frequently dominates when young people reach out to headspace<\/a>.<\/p>\nheadspace Family offers a confidential space for both individual conversations and family-wide conversations,<\/b> with a focus on mental wellbeing for everyone. There are no waiting times and no documentation required. At headspace Family, you will meet volunteers who have themselves experienced challenges in family life or in their relationship with a young person.<\/p>\n
At headspace Family, no topic is too big or too small.<\/b> We talk about everything from everyday worries to complex and difficult challenges. This can include, for example, family conflicts, divorce, expectations, school refusal, teenage life, and much more. No topic is wrong. Our volunteers are ready to support and guide parents and close relatives.<\/p>\n
