WHO CAN FILE A COMPLAINT<\/b><\/h3><\/div>

Anyone who has been in contact with headspace can file a complaint. If you\u2019ve had a negative experience, we encourage you to let us know right away \u2014 that way, we can correct it and make sure you benefit from our counselling. If talking with us hasn\u2019t led to an improvement, you can send your complaint by email. We take all enquiries seriously.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

WHAT CAN YOU FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT?<\/b><\/h3><\/div>

\u2022 The behaviour of counsellors (employees or volunteers)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Incorrect or insufficient counselling<\/p>\n

\u2022 Counselling that does not live up to what we promise<\/p>\n

\u2022 Lack of accessibility for people with disabilities<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

WHAT ISSUES CANNOT BE SUBJECT TO A COMPLAINT?<\/b><\/h3><\/div>

You cannot make a complaint about other users, opening hours, or practical matters such as waiting time, refreshments, or location.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

HERE IS HOW YOU FILE A COMPLAINT<\/b><\/h2><\/div>

Your complaint must be in writing and sent by email to klage@headspace.dk<\/u><\/a>. Please include \"Klage<\/b>\" in the subject field.<\/p>\n

To help us process your complaint in the best possible way, we kindly ask you to include the following information:<\/p>\n

\u2022 What the complaint is about<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Where and when it happened<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Who was involved (if relevant)<\/b><\/p>\n

We handle your complaint confidentially \u2014 your name will not be shared with staff or volunteers without your permission.<\/p>\n

En medarbejder i Det Sociale Netv\u00e6rk\/headspace Danmark modtager og l\u00e6ser din klage. Herefter behandles den hurtigst muligt \u2013 og senest inden for to uger \u2013 af Omr\u00e5dechef \u00d8st eller Vest (headspace) eller af projektleder i headspace Family. Hvis klagen handler om \u00e9n af dem, behandles den af direkt\u00f8ren for Det Sociale Netv\u00e6rk\/headspace Danmark.<\/p>\n

How are my personal data handled in connection with a complaint?

\n<\/b>When you submit a complaint, we process your enquiry as quickly as possible. Once your complaint has been dealt with, we delete the complaint and all related personal
