This can create uncertainty about the future and make it harder to gain a foothold in the job market.<\/p>\n<p>At headspace, we see every day how worries about the future weigh on young people. We can see that concerns about jobs and education are among the five most common reasons young people reach out to us. The education system is largely designed for those who can navigate independently and act as their own project managers. For young people who find that more difficult, this can quickly lead to doubt, insecurity, and a fear of making the wrong choice.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why headspace is a partner in Ungel\u00f8ftet. At headspace, we use our many years of experience with young people to strengthen their mental health and wellbeing. We help young people find their own path, while also working to ensure that educational institutions and workplaces are better equipped to support them.<\/p>\n<p>headspace is present in 33 municipalities and works closely with local partners. It\u2019s particularly during the phase when young people must find an apprenticeship that challenges often arise. The risk of dropping out increases if students aren\u2019t supported or guided sufficiently during this process. That\u2019s why headspace Odense collaborates with Tietgen EUD\/EUX to strengthen students\u2019 wellbeing and support their retention in education. The collaboration is based on a holistic understanding \u2014 recognising that retention is not only about academics but equally about students\u2019 social wellbeing and their ability to navigate the transition between different educational stages.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the initiative, headspace conducts sessions for Tietgen\u2019s staff that provide knowledge and tools to support students\u2019 wellbeing \u2014 following a train-the-trainer approach. For the students, headspace organises introductions and wellbeing workshops where they receive practical tools and have the opportunity to reflect together on how to create a positive learning and community environment.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, network groups are established where students can, in a safe and supportive space, work with the challenges they face during their education. At the same time, they get to know headspace as a place where they can seek support \u2014 also as they move on to the main course of their programme.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the initiative is to strengthen students\u2019 wellbeing so that more of them complete their education. At the same time, young people gain better tools to handle both academic and social challenges, giving them a stronger foundation for their future education and working life.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>headspace Horsens visits Bilka Horsens every four weeks to give presentations for new young employees. The aim is to promote wellbeing, ensure that young people know where to seek help, and at the same time strengthen the retention of young employees \u2014 making Bilka a workplace they choose to stay with.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration is based on Bilka\u2019s wish to create the best possible conditions for young employees\u2019 wellbeing. By taking the lead, Bilka shows that it\u2019s perfectly okay to seek help and talk to someone \u2014 for instance, at headspace. That\u2019s why Bilka actively supports this message and makes it easy for young employees to take the first step if they need someone to talk to.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, headspace Horsens has held sessions for Bilka\u2019s managers. This strengthens the managers\u2019 understanding and helps create a workplace environment where openness and dialogue are welcomed. Samarbejdet har til form\u00e5l at styrke elevernes trivsel og skabe bedre foruds\u00e6tninger for, at flere unge gennemf\u00f8rer deres uddannelse og finder deres vej videre i livet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\">Gennem samarbejdet f\u00e5r eleverne adgang til headspaces anonyme og uforpligtende r\u00e5dgivningstilbud, hvor de kan tale om b\u00e5de sm\u00e5 og store udfordringer i hverdagen \u2013 hvad enten det handler om skole, relationer eller tanker om fremtiden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\">Med samarbejdet bidrager
