Knowledge about Young People and Mental Wellbeing<\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

headspace values knowledge highly<\/h2><\/div>

headspace is the largest nationwide, preventive, and mental health\u2013promoting civil society initiative for young people aged 12\u201325 who experience challenges related to their mental wellbeing. Our face-to-face counselling is accredited by R\u00e5dgivningsDanmark.<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

All conversations at headspace are anonymous, but our analysis unit continuously collects data about who uses headspace, what\u2019s on young people\u2019s minds today, and how our counselling helps and supports them in achieving better mental wellbeing.<\/p>\n

This means that we base our services on continuously collected data, giving us a unique and valuable insight into young people\u2019s mental wellbeing.<\/p>\n

We use our knowledge and data to create the best possible counselling service for children and young people, to share what we know for the benefit of others, and to inspire and launch new initiatives<\/span><\/font>,<\/span> who can work for mental health promotion for children and young people.<\/p>\n

Jubil\u00e6umsbog<\/h3><\/div>

De f\u00f8rste headspace-centre slog d\u00f8rene op i september 2013. I 2023 kunne vi fejre, at headspace fyldte 10 \u00e5r.<\/b><\/p>\n

Vi er g\u00e5et fra ganske f\u00e5 centre rundt om i landet til at v\u00e6re landsd\u00e6kkende i \u00e5rene, der er g\u00e5et, og det er vi stolte af.<\/p>\n

F\u00e5 hele historien om headspace, fra den f\u00f8rste id\u00e9 opstod efter en international konference i K\u00f8benhavn, over en tur til Australien og frem til de f\u00f8rste samarbejdsaftaler med kommuner blev underskrevet i vores jubil\u00e6umsbog.
