I chatten m\u00f8der man ligesindede frivillige, der selv har st\u00e5et i modvind som p\u00e5r\u00f8rende.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For\u00e6ldre og n\u00e6re p\u00e5r\u00f8rende til unge, der har det sv\u00e6rt, har nu mulighed for at f\u00e5 landsd\u00e6kkende st\u00f8tte gennem den nye headspace-Family chat. I chatten kan man f\u00e5 luftet tankerne, f\u00e5 nye perspektiver p\u00e5 ens familiesituation og ikke mindst st\u00f8tte. Chatten faciliteres af frivillige, der selv har pr\u00f8vet at v\u00e6re p\u00e5r\u00f8rende til en ung i mistrivsel, og de har derfor unikke indsigter og erfaringer, de kan give videre til andre.<\/p>\n<p>Trine Hammersh\u00f8y, direkt\u00f8r for Det Sociale Netv\u00e6rk\/headspace Danmark, gl\u00e6der sig over at introducere den nye chatr\u00e5dgivning:<\/p>\n<p><em> \u201dDet er med stor gl\u00e6de at vi med vores headspace Family-chat kan hj\u00e6lpe endnu flere for\u00e6ldre og p\u00e5r\u00f8rende til b\u00f8rn og unge mellem 12 og 25 \u00e5r. At g\u00f8re Family-tilbuddet endnu mere lettilg\u00e6ngeligt og fleksibelt, s\u00e5 alle oplever at kunne f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp i en sv\u00e6r tid, er altafg\u00f8rende for os i headspace Family. Ingen skal st\u00e5 alene med de udfordringer, der kan f\u00f8lge med, n\u00e5r ens barn mistrives.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>headspace Family er et gratis samtaletilbud, der henvender sig til for\u00e6ldre og p\u00e5r\u00f8rende og tilbyder b\u00e5de chat, individuelle samtaler, familiesamtaler og gruppeforl\u00f8b. headspace Family har lokale centre i Aarhus, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Holb\u00e6k, Guldborgsund og Helsing\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>Poul Nyrup Rasmussen, stifter af og protektor for Det Sociale Netv\u00e6rk\/headspace Danmark, er ligeledes begejstret over chattens \u00e5bning:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;N\u00e5r livet er udfordrende for en ung, er det altafg\u00f8rende, at rammerne omkring dem fungerer. For\u00e6ldre og andre p\u00e5r\u00f8rende spiller en vigtig rolle, men mange f\u00f8ler sig alene med deres bekymringer og sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Med headspace Familys nye chat skaber vi et fortroligt og trygt rum, hvor man som p\u00e5r\u00f8rende kan f\u00e5 st\u00f8tte \u2013 uanset hvor i landet man befinder sig.
