Det er en f\u00f8lelse af tomhed og tristhed, som kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at s\u00e6tte ord p\u00e5. Men du kan ogs\u00e5 godt v\u00e6re alene uden, at du f\u00f8ler dig ensom \u2013 hvis du selv har valgt det. Selvvalgt alenetiden kan f\u00f8les som et pusterum, v\u00e6re trygt eller meningsfuldt. Og omvendt kan du f\u00f8le dig ensom blandt andre mennesker.<\/p>\n<p>Ensomhed kan p\u00e5virkes af flere ting. Det kan v\u00e6re sociale forventninger om \u201cdet perfekte liv\u201d p\u00e5 sociale medier, v\u00e6re popul\u00e6r, aktiv og hele tiden v\u00e6re tilg\u00e6ngelig. Sociale medier fylder rigtig meget for mange, og hvis du oplever, at du bruger lidt for meget tid p\u00e5 Instagram eller TikTok, kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re med til at forst\u00e6rke f\u00f8lelsen af ensomhed, fordi du kommer til at sammenligne dig selv med andre eller m\u00e5ske f\u00e5r en f\u00f8lelse af, at dit liv ikke virker s\u00e5 fedt som andres, fordi du hele tiden bliver eksponeret for sociale sammenh\u00e6nge og folk der har det godt p\u00e5 de sociale medier.<\/p>\n<p>Mange af os kender til f\u00f8lelsen af at sidde og scrolle p\u00e5 sin mobil, og til sidst m\u00e6rke, at vi ikke har en positiv f\u00f8lelse i kroppen. Her vil det v\u00e6re en god ide at l\u00e6gge din mobil v\u00e6k og lave noget andet &#8211; g\u00e5 en tur, l\u00e6se en bog, v\u00e6re sammen med dine venner eller fordybe dig i noget kreativt. Sociale medier kan p\u00e5virke os i s\u00e5dan en grad, at du oplever et pres for, at du skal fremst\u00e5 glad hele tiden &#8211; og det kan man ikke. Her spiller sociale medier is\u00e6r en stor rolle, fordi du kan komme til at sammenligne dig selv med andre, som du f\u00f8lger, l\u00e6gger hele tiden billeder op, hvor de har det sjovt og laver en masse ting.
