Nogle oplever bestemte faser ogs\u00e5 kaldet stadier, mens andre ikke kan genkende dem alle. Sorg bliver ofte beskrevet i enten 5 eller 7 stadier. Her har vi taget udgangspunkt i de 7 som en m\u00e5de at s\u00e6tte ord p\u00e5 noget af det, der kan ske inde i kroppen, n\u00e5r man mister. Faserne er ikke noget, man <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">skal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> igennem i en bestemt r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge. Det er blot nogle stadier, som man kan komme igennem, og du kan opleve dem p\u00e5 din helt egen m\u00e5de. M\u00e5ske oplever du ogs\u00e5 hovedpine og nedsat appetit, fordi dit nervesystem er i alarmberedskab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I hjernen \u00f8ger sorg niveauet af stresshormoner som kortisol. Det kan derfor g\u00f8re det sv\u00e6rt for dig at koncentrere dig og huske ting. Samtidig kan din s\u00f8vn v\u00e6re p\u00e5virket, s\u00e5 du enten sover d\u00e5rligt eller for meget. Din hjerne arbejder konstant med f\u00f8lelser og minder, hvilket kan m\u00e6rkes p\u00e5 din energi.
