N\u00e5r du bliver meget tr\u00e6t over tid, kan det g\u00f8re det endnu sv\u00e6rere at holde en stabil s\u00f8vnrytme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sk\u00e6rm, gaming og tankemylder kan forstyrre din s\u00f8vn<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sk\u00e6rmbrug, gaming og mange tanker \u2013 ogs\u00e5 kaldt <\/span><b>tankemylder<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 f\u00f8r din sengetid, kan g\u00f8re det sv\u00e6rere for dig at falde i s\u00f8vn. Derudover kan lyset fra sk\u00e6rmen p\u00e5virke produktionen af melatonin, s\u00e5 din krop ikke f\u00f8ler sig klar til at sove. Samtidig kan sp\u00e6ndingsf\u00f8lelsen fra spil eller tankemylder holde hjernen aktiv, s\u00e5 den har sv\u00e6rt ved at finde ro. Du kan ogs\u00e5 opleve, at selv de helt almindelige opgaver s\u00e5som at lave mad, g\u00f8re rent kan f\u00f8les mere kr\u00e6vende end normalt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Manglende interesse eller motivation til ting, du normalt kan lide<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et tegn p\u00e5 konstant tr\u00e6thed kan v\u00e6re, at du m\u00e5ske helt mister din lyst til at tage del i aktiviteter, som du normalt holder meget af. Det kan fx v\u00e6re sport, hobbyer eller tid med dine venner og familie. N\u00e5r din energi er lav i l\u00e6ngere tid, kan det p\u00e5virke din motivation. Det betyder ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis, at interessen er v\u00e6k, men at kroppen mangler overskud og energi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fysiske symptomer som hovedpine, svimmelhed eller konstant uro<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tr\u00e6thed kan ogs\u00e5 vise sig gennem fysiske symptomer, hvor nogle oplever hyppig hovedpine, svimmelhed eller en f\u00f8lelse af konstant uro i kroppen. Det er vigtigt, at din sengetid passer til din hverdag, s\u00e5 den ogs\u00e5 kan holdes i l\u00e6ngden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sk\u00e6rmfri pause f\u00f8r sengetid<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan hj\u00e6lpe p\u00e5 din s\u00f8vn at holde en pause fra sk\u00e6rmen f\u00f8r sengetid. Lys fra telefoner, tablets og computere kan g\u00f8re, at hjernen ikke f\u00e5r ro og forstyrrer kroppens signaler om, at det er tid til at sove. En rolig aktivitet som at l\u00e6se, h\u00f8re rolig musik eller tage et bad kan g\u00f8re det lettere at falde til ro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sm\u00e5 pauser i l\u00f8bet af dagen<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sm\u00e5 pauser i l\u00f8bet af dagen kan forebygge, at tr\u00e6thed og stress hober sig op. N\u00e5r man stopper op kortvarigt og giver hjernen en pause, kan det hj\u00e6lpe med at genoprette energien og koncentrationen. Selv f\u00e5 minutter uden krav eller sk\u00e6rme kan g\u00f8re en forskel og give mere overskud resten af dagen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Bev\u00e6gelse uden pr\u00e6stationskrav<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis du har let bev\u00e6gelse i din hverdag, kan det give dig mere energi og bedre s\u00f8vn. Det beh\u00f8ver ikke v\u00e6re h\u00e5rd fysisk tr\u00e6ning \u2013 en g\u00e5tur, cykeltur eller let motion kan v\u00e6re nok. N\u00e5r bev\u00e6gelsen ikke handler om pr\u00e6station, men om velv\u00e6re, kan den hj\u00e6lpe kroppen med at l\u00f8sne sp\u00e6ndinger og skabe mere ro i b\u00e5de krop og hoved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Spis og drik regelm\u00e6ssigt<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis du s\u00f8rger for at have regelm\u00e6ssige m\u00e5ltider og indtager nok v\u00e6ske, vil det p\u00e5virke kroppens energiniveau p\u00e5 en god m\u00e5de.
