Sorg rummer flere aspekter og p\u00e5virker b\u00e5de dine f\u00f8lelser, krop, tanker og adf\u00e6rd. Mange oplever, at reaktionen p\u00e5 en sorg kan komme i\u00a0 b\u00f8lger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorg er individuelt og har ingen fast tidsramme. Den udvikler sig ofte over tid og kan \u00e6ndre form. Selvom den kan v\u00e6re smertefuld, er sorg ogs\u00e5 en proces, hvor man gradvist l\u00e6rer at leve med tabet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22.5;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h2><b>Sorgens symptomer \u2013 f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige og fysiske<\/b><\/h2><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorg kan vise sig p\u00e5 flere m\u00e5der, og p\u00e5virker b\u00e5de dine f\u00f8lelser, krop og tanker. F\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssigt kan du opleve tristhed, savn, skyld, vrede og <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/headspace.dk\/en\/between-us\/relationships\/ensomhed\/\">ensomhed<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Det er dog helt normalt, at dine f\u00f8lelser kan skifte fra dag til dag, og hvor nogle dage f\u00f8les tungere end andre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorg kan ogs\u00e5 for nogle m\u00e6rkes fysisk. M\u00e5ske oplever du s\u00f8vnproblemer, enten ved at have sv\u00e6rt ved at falde i s\u00f8vn, eller m\u00e5ske v\u00e5gner du flere gange i l\u00f8bet af natten. Det er normalt, at du kan f\u00f8le dig mere tr\u00e6t, end du plejer, og at din appetit kan \u00e6ndre sig. Nogle oplever ogs\u00e5 andre fysiske reaktioner p\u00e5 sorg s\u00e5 som hovedpine, mavepine eller sp\u00e6ndinger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kognitivt og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssigt kan sorg g\u00f8re det sv\u00e6rt at koncentrere sig og huske ting. Dine tanker kan kredse om tabet og skabe tankemylder. Samtidig kan du opleve, at du har mindre energi til sociale relationer, og derfor tr\u00e6kker dig fra andre, som kan f\u00f8re til isolation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22.5;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h2><b>Hvor sidder sorg i kroppen<\/b><\/h2><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorg \u201csidder\u201d ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis \u00e9t bestemt sted i kroppen, men kan derimod m\u00e6rkes flere steder som en fysisk reaktion p\u00e5 f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig belastning. M\u00e5ske har du oplevet trykken for brystet, sp\u00e6ndinger i nakke og skuldre eller uro i maven. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re, at du har haft hovedpine, hjertebanken eller en generel f\u00f8lelse af at v\u00e6re udmattet. Disse fysiske reaktioner p\u00e5 sorgen skyldes, at dit nervesystem er p\u00e5virket af stress og f\u00f8lelser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan hj\u00e6lpe at passe p\u00e5 dig selv for at mindske den fysiske sorg. Det kan v\u00e6re, at du finder ro i at g\u00e5 en tur, spise noget n\u00e6rende mad eller lave vejrtr\u00e6knings\u00f8velser, som kan v\u00e6re med til at d\u00e6mpe sp\u00e6ndingerne i din krop. Det er samtidig en god ide, at du taler med nogen om sorgen, da det kan v\u00e6re med til at lette b\u00e5de den mentale og fysiske belastning.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22.5;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><b>Hvor lang tid varer sorg?<\/b><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>N\u00e5r sorg rammer os, reagerer vi alle forskelligt. Det afh\u00e6nger meget af, hvem vi er, og hvad det er vi mister. Der er ikke nogen rigtig eller forkert m\u00e5de at s\u00f8rge p\u00e5, men der er udviklet de <b><a href=\"https:\/\/headspace.dk\/en\/between-us\/foelelser\/7-sorg-stadier\/\">7 sorgstadier<\/a>, <\/b>som du kan l\u00e6se mere om p\u00e5 <b><a href=\"https:\/\/headspace.dk\/en\/between-us\/\">Mellem Os universet<\/a><\/b>, som forklarer de mest almindelige faser, en person g\u00e5r igennem, n\u00e5r man er i sorg.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorg beskrives ofte som en proces, men der findes ikke \u00e9n \u201cnormal\u201d m\u00e5de at s\u00f8rge p\u00e5. Nogle oplever st\u00e6rke reaktioner med det samme, mens andre reagerer senere. Varighed og udtryk varierer fra person til person og afh\u00e6nger af relationen, personlighed og livssituation. Sorg er alts\u00e5 individuelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En m\u00e5de at forst\u00e5 sorg p\u00e5 er mellem to processer &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en tabsorienteret<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en reetablerende <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proces. I den tabsorienterede del er der fokus p\u00e5 savnet, minderne og smerten ved det, der er mistet. I den reetablerende del retter du opm\u00e6rksomheden mod hverdagen, nye roller og at f\u00e5 livet til at fungere igen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dagligdagen kan det fx v\u00e6re, at du en dag er ked af det, og t\u00e6nker meget p\u00e5 det, du har mistet, mens du andre dage g\u00e5r i skole, ser venner eller laver praktiske ting. At skifte mellem de to tilstande er en naturlig del af at tilpasse sig tabet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22.5;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><b>Kompliceret sorg<\/b><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompliceret sorg er en vedvarende og intens sorg, der ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis aftager over tid. Sorgen kan fylde s\u00e5 meget hos dig, at det er sv\u00e6rt for dig at fungere i hverdagen. I mods\u00e6tning til den mere \u201cnormale\u201d sorg, hvor man langsomt tilpasser sig tabet, forbliver smerten fastl\u00e5st. Du kan have sv\u00e6rt ved at acceptere tabet og komme videre i livet uden professionel st\u00f8tte.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:15;--minFontSize:15;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h3><b>Sorg ved pludselig d\u00f8dsfald<\/b><\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det kan v\u00e6re voldsomt at opleve et pludseligt d\u00f8dsfald, specielt fordi tabet kommer uden forberedelse eller varsling. Mange oplever en form for chok, uvirkelighed eller st\u00e6rke f\u00f8lelser som frustration, vrede eller skyld. Det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at forst\u00e5, hvad der er sket, og acceptere tabet. Dine tanker kan kredse om \u201chvad nu hvis\u201d og alle de ting, som I ikke n\u00e5ede sammen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For at h\u00e5ndtere chok og intense f\u00f8lelser er det vigtigt at tage tingene i sm\u00e5 skridt. S\u00f8g st\u00f8tte hos andre, og tal om det, n\u00e5r du er klar. Der kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re sorg over dr\u00f8mme og forventninger, som nu ikke blev opfyldt p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de, som du ellers havde t\u00e6nkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samtidig kan der opst\u00e5 praktiske udfordringer, n\u00e5r dine for\u00e6ldre bliver skilt. Men du kan v\u00e6re lyttende, og sp\u00f8rge ind til, om du kan g\u00f8re noget for personen.
