Forskningen peger samtidig p\u00e5, hvad der g\u00f8r headspace til et trygt sted at f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n<p>De f\u00f8rste resultater af et fler\u00e5rigt forskningsprojekt om headspace Danmark er nu offentliggjort i de internationalt anerkendte tidsskrifter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/european-psychiatry\/article\/effectiveness-of-the-danish-headspace-intervention-on-youth-wellbeing-loneliness-selfefficacy-life-satisfaction-and-healthrelated-quality-of-life-at-6month-followup-a-quasiexperimental-trial\/E4074EA37CCC2F8FAB1F44255B1BA9C5\"><em>European Psychiatry<\/em><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-026-58021-z\"><em>Scientific Reports<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet gennemf\u00f8res fra 2022-2028 af forskere fra FORMS \u2013 Forskning i Recovery og Mental Sundhedsfremme ved Psykiatrisk Center Amager. Form\u00e5let er at unders\u00f8ge effekten af headspace, hvordan indsatsen virker, og om den er omkostningseffektiv.<\/p>\n<p>I korte tr\u00e6k viser de nye forskningsresultater at:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Unge f\u00e5r bedre trivsel af at komme i headspace<br \/>\n<\/strong>Efter seks m\u00e5neder havde unge i headspace en st\u00f8rre fremgang i trivsel end en sammenlignelig kontrolgruppe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>De unge oplever et trygt sted at f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp<br \/>\n<\/strong>Unge fremh\u00e6ver is\u00e6r relationen til r\u00e5dgiveren, den ikke-kliniske ramme og muligheden for selv at s\u00e6tte retningen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De unge med lavest trivsel ser ud til at have st\u00f8rst udbytte<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fremgangen i trivsel er st\u00f8rst blandt unge med lavest trivsel ved studiets begyndelse<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Om forskningsresultaterne udtaler forskningsleder Lene Falgaard Eplov:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dWe conclude that headspace plays a crucial role in identifying and supporting young people in distress. With their great preventive and health-promoting potential, headspace is an important player in the efforts for young people's mental health.
