Privacy policy
We take good care of you, your anonymity and your data.
headspace Denmark is an initiative under the association Det Sociale Netværk, which is therefore responsible for how we process and store data. On this page you can read about how we process the information you give us.
You can be completely anonymous at headspace Denmark.
You have the option to be completely anonymous in headspace if you wish.
When you call or text headspace, we cannot see your number, nor can we see who you are in our chat system. You are not obligated to tell us who you are if you don't want to, so you can remain anonymous.
It can be useful for us to have some information about you when you come to our centers - for example, so we can contact you if an employee falls ill and we have to cancel an appointment. We always treat your information securely and only keep it for as long as you come to us and no longer than two months after your last appointment.
We may also need to store personal data, such as name and email address, in connection with the processing of complaints if the complainant has provided us with this information. Personal data and all correspondence are deleted immediately after the complaint has been processed and the complainant has received a response - but no later than four weeks after the complaint has been received.
We will of course delete your information earlier if you ask us to and we will never disclose your personal information to third parties (others).
In addition, we register questionnaires from children and young people whom we meet physically and who give their consent. Personal data from questionnaires is anonymized and can therefore not be traced back to the persons who provided the information.

The laws and regulations that apply to the processing of your personal data can be found in Article 6(1)(b) and (e) and Article 9(2)(a) and (h) of the General Data Protection Regulation. In relation to our processing of complaints, headspace follows Article 6(f) of the Regulation on legitimate interest, as processing is necessary in order to respond to a possible complaint.
You can read our full Privacy policy at The Social Network, which is the organization behind headspace.
