Ambassadors

Meet our ambassadors at headspace Denmark who help us support the youth of Denmark. All our ambassadors work voluntarily and contribute in their own way to support our work, using their voices to start conversations about youth wellbeing, break taboos and amplify the headspace message:

No one should be left alone with their feelings and thoughts.

Alexander Will
Circumstances that provide understanding, insight and power for young people to be heard, embraced and recognized at different stages of life, I will always attend. That is why I am a proud ambassador for headspace.
JULIE TEGLHUS
I believe that many emotions and challenges feel less heavy when we don't have to carry them alone. That's why I'm happy and proud to be a part of headspace, which creates a space where young people can safely share what can be difficult to talk about.
ANNA LIN
There are so many young people who think they are completely alone with their emotional life. Both that it's completely unique and that there's no one to talk to. But there will always be someone to look to and someone who will listen. That's why I'm so glad that headspace exists - so no one has to be alone.
Pelle Hvenegaard
ALL children deserve to be happy and we need to be there for those who need a hand to be in life and in themselves.
Emma Thomsen
When I was challenged in life, I really needed a place like headspace. And now that I have come out on the other side of mental illness, I hope that I can contribute with help from my own personal experience with mental illness, and not least the things that can be difficult to talk about when you are young. I hope my voice and my openness together with headspace can help young people who need it.
Prince Henry
I'm a headspace ambassador because it's especially important to me to focus on the well-being and health of young people. To give myself and other young people a voice and a language for our lives and everyday life.
Prince Henry
For a while, I ran every Sunday with Poul Nyrup and a lot of wonderful young people. Even back then I was a big advocate for headspace - and I still am today. Young people need a safe place without demands and expectations. Headspace is such a place.
Ane Cortzen
I wholeheartedly support headspace because youth well-being is the key to a better future for us all. If young people can experience the power of community, it will like ripples in the water both strengthen society, but also create more care and closeness.
MADS MARIUS
Speaking up is the greatest superpower and the best medicine there is when life hurts - and being able to be on that mission with headspace is one of the best things I know.
Daniel Hof
I believe that everything becomes easier when we talk about it. That's why I'm an ambassador for headspace. For me, it's about giving young people the courage to talk about the difficult things. When we dare to open up, problems lose their power - and I want to be part of that. Silence makes problems bigger - conversations make them smaller. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that ignoring problems doesn't make them go away. I've tried it. They grow gigantic.
Agnes Marie Frey
I want us to see each other as people before anything else, and that's why I'm happy to be an ambassador for headspace.
Ida Sophia
I have worked closely with headspace for many years now and it is a collaboration that will always be very important to me, headspace is someone to talk to, but also just an organization that insists on giving young people a voice, providing important content at eye level and making a difference both online and in the physical world. I know how important it is to be able to mirror yourself in content on social media and in other people, and they succeeded in creating both.
NADJA HANSEN
I am a headspace ambassador because I know that headspace makes a real difference for young people. I am passionate about helping young people and I want to use my platform to create a sense of safety and courage to reach out for help. I want to be the role model I lacked when I was young.
OLE HENRIKSEN
Let's keep celebrating life and each other - proud ambassador for headspace
SONJA LOVDAL
No one should ever feel alone with their challenges, big or small. I'm really proud to be able to support headspace's work to meet young people at eye level and with care. I wish my family and I knew about headspace when I was younger, so I'm glad I can help spread the word and speak up about the hard things.
Huxi Bach
I know that headspace works! And I know it's important. I have been a headspace ambassador for more than 10 years, and I have met young people who have had it bad and gotten better, and I have met young people who have made a huge effort to help other young people. headspace works! I will of course support this work.
Alexander
I have chosen to be a headspace ambassador because mental well-being is something that is becoming more and more important in young people's everyday lives. There is more focus on mental illness than ever before, and more and more people are affected or know someone who is. I believe that the more we stand together to talk about it instead of hiding mental illness away as a taboo, the easier it will be to get well again. I believe that headspace is a huge gift for young people who are struggling - it's a no brainer for me to be a part of.
