Everyone is welcome at headspace – and you can talk about exactly what matters to you.

Many municipalities have a headspace centre, but you’re welcome at any centre, no matter where you live.

When you contact us, you only need to provide the information about yourself that you feel comfortable sharing. You can remain completely anonymous. Together, we’ll find a time at the centre that works for you when we respond.

You can call your nearest centre, send a text, or drop by.

Send an anonymous text to your centre

Would you like to write to your nearest headspace?

If you know which headspace centre you want to write to, simply open a new message and start by typing: hs [centre name]. Then write your message and send it to 1245.

Du skriver navnet på dit center lige efter hs. Skal du have fat i headspace Odense, så skriver du altså hs Odense som det første i din besked.

Remember to include a space between hs and the centre name.

Once you’ve received a reply from your centre, you only need to start your messages with hs to ensure they reach your counsellor.
